1Bring a large pot of water and a pinch of salt to a boil. Wash and dry all produce.salt: 1 tsp -

4While noodles cook, heat a drizzle of cooking oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add ground beef , green beans , broccoli , scallions , ginger , and a pinch of salt and black pepper . 5Add soy sauce , remaining sweet thai chili sauce, and ¼ cup water to pan with beef and vegetables; continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until sauce is warmed through ⏱️ 1 minute .soy sauce: 2 tbsp -
6To pan with beef and vegetables, add drained noodles and butter . Toss to combine; taste and season with salt and pepper if desired. Serve topped with scallion greens and reserved sauce.butter: ½ tbsp
