    Wash and dry all produce. Halve the lime . Trim and halve the cucumber lengthwise, then slice thinly crosswise into half-moons. Finely chop the cilantro .

    Wrap the flour tortillas in damp paper towels and microwave until warm and pliable, 30 seconds.
