    Wash and dry all produce.

    In a small pot , combine jasmine rice , 1¼ cups water, and a pinch of salt . Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce heat to low. Cook until tender ⏱️ 15 minutes .

    While rice cooks, pat ranch steak dry with paper towels; season all over with salt and black pepper .

    In a small bowl , combine ginger , scallions (greens), 2 TBSP cooking oil , and a pinch of salt . Cover bowl with plastic wrap. Microwave until fragrant ⏱️ 30 seconds . Stir and set aside.

    Heat a large drizzle of cooking oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add remaining scallions (whites), onion , and asparagus . Cook, stirring occasionally, until softened and lightly browned ⏱️ 6 minutes .

    Thinly slice ranch steak against the grain. Toss with sweet soy glaze , sweet thai chili sauce , and sesame dressing . Serve over cooked jasmine rice with broccoli , drizzle with scallion-ginger oil, and sprinkle with sesame seeds .
