    In a medium pot , bring farro and water to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer until tender and water is absorbed ⏱️ 15 minutes . Drain any excess liquid, fluff with a fork, and set aside.

    Trim and halve mini cucumber lengthwise; thinly slice crosswise into half-moons. Halve heirloom grape tomatoes . Trim and thinly slice radishes into rounds. Trim and thinly slice scallions , separating whites from greens. Pick and roughly chop fronds from dill .

    Open package of chopped chicken breast and drain off any excess liquid. Pat dry and season both sides evenly with ranch spice .

    Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through ⏱️ 8 minutes , flipping halfway. Transfer to a cutting board, let rest ⏱️ 2 minutes , then slice into bite-sized strips.

    In a large bowl , combine cooked farro, cucumber, tomatoes, radishes, scallion whites, half the green goddess dressing , a drizzle of olive oil, salt , and pepper . Toss gently until evenly coated.

    Divide farro mixture between bowls. Top with sliced chicken, remaining dressing, chopped dill, and scallion greens. Drizzle with yogurt if desired and serve immediately.
