    Wash and dry produce. Pat fully cooked chicken breasts dry with paper towels; dice into ½-inch pieces. Trim and discard root end from baby lettuce ; roughly chop into bite-size pieces. Dice tomato into ½-inch pieces.

    In a medium bowl , combine chicken, half of one packet buttermilk ranch dressing , half the garlic powder , salt , and black pepper . Set aside.

    In a large bowl , combine sour cream , cajun spice blend , remaining dressing, and remaining garlic powder. Add water at a time until the mixture reaches a drizzling consistency. Season with salt and pepper. Add lettuce, tomato, and shredded carrots to bowl; toss to coat. Taste and season with salt and pepper if desired.
