    boneless chicken breast: 1 piece (marinated in smoky garlic blend), yukon gold potatoes: 1 c (mashed with sour cream, milk & chives), zucchini: 1 piece (roasted), onions: 1 piece (caramelized), unsalted butter: 2 tbsp, sour cream: 2 tbsp, whole milk: 2 tbsp, honey: 1 tbsp, olive pomace oil: 1 tbsp, garlic: 1 clove (minced), cayenne pepper sauce: 1 tsp, apple cider vinegar: 1 tsp, dried chives: 1 tsp, paprika: 1 tsp, smoked paprika: 1 tsp, dried oregano: 1 tsp, sea salt: 1 pinch, black pepper: 1 pinch

    Remove the meal tray from its packaging and peel off the film. Place on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave on high until the chicken breast is cooked through and the sides are piping hot ⏱️ 2 minutes . Let stand for ⏱️ 1 minute . Drizzle the honey butter sauce over the chicken and mashed potatoes. Serve with the roasted zucchini and caramelized onions.
