2Wash and dry all produce. Drop garlic herb butter into a glass of warm water to soften. Drain pepper and onion mix. Halve baguettes. -
3Drizzle cooking oil into a large skillet . Add italian chicken sausage mix and drained pepper and onion mix. Cook, breaking up meat, until cooked through ⏱️ 5 minutes . Stir in marinara cup and turn off heat. Top with mozzarella cheese and set aside until cheese melts. -
4Spread softened garlic herb butter onto baguette halves. In a medium bowl , toss mixed greens, halved grape tomatoes, parmesan cheese, sliced almonds, and italian dressing until evenly coated. -
5Pile cheesy sausage mixture onto buttered baguette halves. Serve immediately with the mixed green salad.
