2Bring 2 2/3 cups salted water to a boil in a small pot . Add jasmine rice to pot. Cover, lower heat, and simmer until tender ⏱️ 15 minutes to ⏱️ 20 minutes . Keep covered until rest of meal is ready. Meanwhile, toss broccoli florets on a baking sheet with a large drizzle of vegetable oil and a pinch of salt and pepper. 3Heat a large drizzle of vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken tenders and season with salt and pepper.
