1Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Wash and dry all produce. -
2Heat a drizzle of cooking oil in a large nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Add ground beef , pressing into an even layer with a spatula. Season with salt and black pepper . Dissolve pork ramen stock concentrate and sweet soy glaze into a splash of hot water, then pour over the pan. Toss until thoroughly coated.
