    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Wash and dry all produce.

    Heat a drizzle of cooking oil in a large nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Add ground beef , pressing into an even layer with a spatula. Season with salt and black pepper . Cook undisturbed until browned on the bottom ⏱️ 3 minutes . If excess grease accumulates, carefully pour it out.

    While the beef cooks, mince garlic and combine in a small bowl with chili flakes and a splash of cooking oil to form the garlic chili oil. Set aside.

    Once the water is boiling, add ramen noodles to the pot. Cook until just tender ⏱️ 2 minutes . Drain and rinse thoroughly under cold running water ⏱️ 30 seconds .

    Transfer the drained noodles to the pan with the beef mixture and red cabbage and carrot mix . Dissolve pork ramen stock concentrate and sweet soy glaze into a splash of hot water, then pour over the pan. Toss until thoroughly coated. Taste and season with additional salt and black pepper if desired.
