    Adjust oven rack to the top position and preheat oven to 425°F. Wash and dry scallions .

    Open the package of chopped chicken breast and drain off any excess liquid.

    Meanwhile, brush or rub each flatbreads with a drizzle of olive oil and season with salt and black pepper . Place flatbreads dimpled sides down on a large baking sheet .

    While flatbreads toast, heat cooking oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add cream sauce base and roasted onion and garlic spread , and cook, stirring, until the sauce starts to bubble ⏱️ 1 minutes .

    Once flatbreads are toasted, remove sheet from oven. Carefully flip flatbreads dimpled sides up and evenly top with the cheese sauce mixture and chicken. Sprinkle evenly with italian cheese blend .

    Transfer flatbreads to a cutting board. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with scallion greens and chili flakes to taste.
