  • artichokes

    Wash and dry all produce. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Drain and rinse artichokes . Halve mixed olives , artichokes, and grape tomatoes . Halve, peel, and thinly slice red onion . Mince garlic . Thinly slice baby gem lettuce . Tear fresh mozzarella into small pieces.

    Lightly oil a baking sheet . Place each flatbreads onto the sheet. Top with mozzarella, olives, artichokes, tomatoes, and feta cheese . Add as much onion and garlic as you like. Season with salt and pepper . Bake for ⏱️ 8 minutes until the crust is crisp and cheese is melted.

    Meanwhile, in a medium bowl , toss lettuce with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar and olive oil . Season with salt and pepper.

    Top flatbread with the salad. Cut into slices and serve immediately.
