1Adjust oven rack to top position and preheat oven to 450°F. Wash and dry all produce. -

3Heat a drizzle of cooking oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add button mushrooms ; cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and slightly crispy ⏱️ 5 minutes . Season with salt and pepper. 6Once roasted garlic is done, carefully transfer to a cutting board and roughly chop. -
7Broil flatbreads until cheese melts ⏱️ 1 minute . TIP: Watch carefully to avoid burning. Top flatbreads with cream cheese , mozzarella cheese , sirloin steak , mushroom mixture, zucchini-tomato mix, chopped roasted garlic, and chives .
