  • marinara sauce

  • mozzarella cheese

  • olive oil

  • parmesan cheese block

  • pineapple

  • pizza dough
    2 balls
  • salt

  • shallot
    1 unit
  • smoked deli ham
    1 c

    Preheat oven to 475°F. Wash and dry all produce.

    Halve, peel, and thinly slice shallot . Roughly chop smoked deli ham . Drain and roughly chop pineapple . Grate parmesan cheese block over a small bowl .

    Once pizza dough has rested ⏱️ 20 minutes , line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Carefully press and stretch each dough ball into a rough oval shape and place on the prepared sheet.

    Once dough has rested ⏱️ 15 minutes , using oiled hands, press and stretch dough on baking sheet into larger oval shapes, about 10 inches long and 5-6 inches wide.

    Spread marinara sauce evenly over dough. Top with mozzarella cheese , grated parmesan cheese, pineapple, ham, and shallot. Brush dough edges with olive oil and sprinkle with salt , black pepper , and garlic powder . Bake pizzas until crusts are golden brown and crisp ⏱️ 15 minutes .
