1Preheat oven to 425°F. Bring a medium pot of salted water to a boil. Wash and dry all produce. Pick parsley leaves from stems, discard stems, and mince leaves. Mince chives. 2In a medium bowl , combine ground pork , panko breadcrumbs , half the minced herbs, half the parmesan cheese , ¾ tsp garlic powder , ¾ tsp salt , and black pepper . Form into 8 meatballs. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a medium ovenproof pan over medium-high heat. Add meatballs and cook, turning, until browned all over ⏱️ 7 minutes . Add marinara sauce and ¼ cup water . 4Place 2 tbsp butter in a small microwave-safe bowl . Microwave until melted ⏱️ 30 seconds . Stir in remaining garlic powder, then brush onto cut sides of ciabatta. Season with salt and pepper. 6If marinara is too thick, add a splash of water. Top meatballs with mozzarella and broil until cheese has melted ⏱️ 3 minutes . Halve ciabatta on a diagonal.
