    falafel: 12 pieces, baby lettuce: 1 bunch, ciabatta: 1 loaf, yogurt: ½ cup, red wine vinegar: 1 tbsp, grape tomatoes: ½ cup, sumac: 1 tsp, mayonnaise: 2 tbsp, bell pepper: 1 unit, cucumber: 1 unit, black pepper: 1 pinch, olive oil: 3 tbsp, cooking oil: 2 tbsp, sugar: 1 tsp, salt: 1 pinch

    Adjust oven rack to the top position and preheat to 425°F. Wash and dry all produce.

    Toss ciabatta pieces on a baking sheet with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Bake on the top rack until golden brown ⏱️ 4 minutes .
