    flour tortillas: 4 pieces, organic ground beef: 8 oz, refried black beans: 1 can, somos mexican brown rice: 1 package, pepper jack cheese: 2 oz, fresh red salsa: ⅓ cup, red cabbage and carrot mix: ½ cup, lime: 1 unit, guacamole: ¼ cup, buttermilk ranch dressing: 2 tbsp, hot sauce: 1 tsp, cooking oil: 1 tbsp, salt: 1 tsp, black pepper: 1 tsp, sour cream: 2 tbsp

    Place flour tortillas on a clean work surface. Fill one half of each tortilla with as much refried black beans as you like (if desired, microwave any remaining beans and serve on the side); top with pepper jack cheese. Fold tortillas in half and gently press down to create quesadillas.

    While quesadillas cook, wash and dry produce.

    Gently massage somos mexican brown rice in package to separate grains. Partially open package to vent. Microwave ⏱️ 1½ minutes (for 4 servings, microwave both packages of rice together for 2-3 minutes). TIP: Microwave times may vary. Be careful when handling and opening the package!

    Cut quesadillas into pieces.
