    Adjust rack to top position and preheat oven to 425 degrees. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Wash and dry produce.

    In a large bowl , combine ground turkey , panko breadcrumbs , italian seasoning , and a big pinch of salt and black pepper . Shape into meatballs and bake on a baking sheet until cooked through ⏱️ 12 minutes .

    Once water is boiling, add penne pasta to large pot . Cook, stirring occasionally, until al dente ⏱️ 10 minutes . Reserve 1 cup pasta water, then drain.

    Meanwhile, toss tomato in a small bowl with a drizzle of olive oil , salt, and black pepper. Set aside until ready to serve.
