    Preheat oven to 450°F ⏱️ 3 minutes . Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add salt . Wash and dry broccoli and lemon .

    Toss broccoli(cut into florets) on a baking sheet with 1 tbsp olive oil , salt, and black pepper . Roast until crispy and tender ⏱️ 15 minutes .

    Add linguine pasta to boiling water. Cook, stirring occasionally, until al dente ⏱️ 10 minutes . Reserve ¼ cup pasta cooking water, then drain.

    In a small bowl , place butter . Microwave until softened ⏱️ 10 seconds . Add lemon(zested), half the parmesan cheese , a minced garlic , and a pinch of chili flakes . Mash with a fork to combine. Season with salt and black pepper.

    Rinse shrimp under cold water, then pat dry. In a large bowl , toss with remaining olive oil, remaining garlic, salt, and black pepper. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and sauté shrimp until pink and cooked through ⏱️ 3 minutes per side. Remove from pan.

    Return shrimp to skillet. Add drained linguine pasta, roasted broccoli, seafood stock concentrate , garlic butter mixture, and reserved pasta water. Toss until thoroughly coated ⏱️ 2 minutes . Squeeze lemon juice over top to taste. Season with salt and black pepper. Serve immediately, topping with remaining parmesan cheese.
