2Bring a medium pot of salted water to a boil. Wash and dry all produce. -
3Once water is boiling, add orzo pasta to pot. Cook, stirring occasionally, until al dente ⏱️ 9 minutes to ⏱️ 11 minutes . -
4Meanwhile, pat chicken cutlets dry with paper towels; season all over with half the italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. -
5Slice chicken crosswise.
