    Wash and dry all produce. Halve, peel, and finely dice onion. Seed and dice bell pepper. Zest and juice lemon. Roughly chop parsley.

    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add cavatappi pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta cooking water, then drain pasta.

    Meanwhile, in a large skillet or pot, heat cooking oil over medium-high heat. Season diced skinless dark meat chicken with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken, onion, and bell pepper to the pan. Sear until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender ⏱️ 10 minutes .

    Stir in cream of chicken concentrate, Vidalia onion paste, cream cheese, half the parsley, reserved pasta water, butter, lemon juice, and chili flakes. Cook, stirring constantly, until everything is combined ⏱️ 1 minute .
