1Halve ciabatta and toast until golden brown.ciabatta: 2 buns

3In a small bowl , combine dijon mustard and mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.dijon mustard: 1 tsp, mayonnaise: 2 tbsp

4Place toasted ciabattas on a clean work surface. Spread bottom halves with Dijonnaise. Top with swiss cheese , pulled pork, and as much sliced dill pickle as you like. Close sandwiches.swiss cheese: 2 slices, sliced dill pickle: ½ cup
