    Wash and dry produce. Halve, peel, and dice onion into ½-inch pieces.

    Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and onion. Cook, breaking up meat into pieces, until browned and cooked through ⏱️ 5 minutes . Carefully drain off any excess grease. Stir in bulgogi sauce , sweet thai chili sauce , gochujang sauce , ponzu sauce , and water . Cook, stirring occasionally, until sauce has thickened ⏱️ 3 minutes . Taste and season with salt and black pepper .
