2Pat salmon dry with a paper towel. Season all over with salt and pepper .salmon: 2 fillets, salt: 1 tsp, pepper: 1 tsp -
3Heat a large pan over medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil. Place salmon skin-side down and cook ⏱️ 4 minutes until crispy. Flip and cook ⏱️ 2 minutes more. Remove from pan and set aside. -
4While salmon cooks, massage microwavable grain blend in its packaging to separate grains. Partially open package and microwave ⏱️ 2 minutes until warmed through.microwavable grain blend: 1 packet -
