    green beans: 10 oz, cauliflower florets: 1 head, salmon fillets: 2 pieces, butter: 2 tbsp, olive oil: 1 tbsp, smoky red pepper crema: 2 tbsp, blackening spice: 1 tbsp, salt: ½ tsp, black pepper: ½ tsp

    Preheat oven to 425°F and adjust rack to the middle position. Wash and dry all produce. Trim green beans and toss with half the olive oil and a pinch of salt and black pepper. Pat salmon fillets dry and season generously with blackening spice.

    Place cauliflower florets in a large microwave-safe bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave until very tender, ⏱️ 6 minutes to ⏱️ 8 minutes . If cauliflower is hard to mash, continue microwaving in 1-minute bursts until tender. Drain any excess liquid, mash with butter, and season to taste.

    Place salmon and green beans in the provided oven-ready tray. Roast on the middle rack until green beans are crisp-tender and salmon is cooked through, ⏱️ 12 minutes to ⏱️ 15 minutes . For 4 servings, bake two trays side by side.
