2Preheat oven to 425°F and adjust rack to the middle position. Wash and dry all produce. Trim green beans and toss with half the olive oil and a pinch of salt and black pepper. Pat salmon fillets dry and season generously with blackening spice. -
3Place cauliflower florets in a large microwave-safe bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave until very tender, ⏱️ 6 minutes to ⏱️ 8 minutes . If cauliflower is hard to mash, continue microwaving in 1-minute bursts until tender. Drain any excess liquid, mash with butter, and season to taste. -
4Place salmon and green beans in the provided oven-ready tray. Roast on the middle rack until green beans are crisp-tender and salmon is cooked through, ⏱️ 12 minutes to ⏱️ 15 minutes . For 4 servings, bake two trays side by side. -
5Divide salmon, cauliflower mash, and green beans between plates. Drizzle with smoky red pepper crema and serve immediately.
