    ciabatta: 2 rolls, carrot: 1 unit, onion: 1 unit, orzo pasta: ½ cup, zucchini: 1 unit, dark meat chicken: 12 oz, chicken stock concentrate: 2 tbsp, mirepoix paste: 1 tbsp, salt: 1 tsp, cooking oil: 2 tbsp, black pepper: ½ tsp, butter: 2 tbsp

    Place butter in a small bowl and bring to room temperature. Wash and dry all produce.

    Open package of dark meat chicken and drain off any excess liquid.

    Once soup is boiling, stir in orzo pasta. Reduce to a simmer. Cook, covered, stirring occasionally, until veggies are tender, orzo is al dente, and chicken is cooked through ⏱️ 12 minutes .

    While soup simmers, halve and toast ciabatta. Spread with softened butter. Halve ciabatta on a diagonal.
