🥘 Ingredients

  • arborio rice

  • black pepper
    ½ tsp
  • garlic cloves (minced)
    3 cloves
  • mushrooms (sliced)

  • olive oil

  • onion (diced)

  • paprika
    1 tsp
  • salt
    1 tsp
  • sweet peppers (chopped)
    2 unit
  • turmeric
    1 tsp
  • vegetable broth

    In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and cook until softened ⏱️ 3 minutes . Stir in garlic cloves , mushrooms , and sweet peppers . Cook until vegetables begin to release their moisture ⏱️ 5 minutes .

    Sprinkle in turmeric , paprika , salt , and black pepper . Stir in arborio rice and toast for ⏱️ 1 minute until lightly coated in spices.
