2In a small pot , combine white rice , water , and a pinch of salt . Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce heat to low. Cook until tender ⏱️ 15 minutes . Keep covered off heat until ready to serve. 3While rice cooks, pat pork chops dry with paper towels and thinly slice crosswise. Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
