5Heat another large drizzle of olive oil in the same pan over medium-high heat. Add the onion, garlic, and ginger to the pan. Cook, tossing for ⏱️ 3 minutes , until softened. Add the bell pepper and cook for another ⏱️ 5 minutes , until softened. Season with salt and pepper. -
6Add the sugar snap peas to the pan and cook for another ⏱️ 3 minutes , until crisp-tender. Stir in the pork, hoisin sauce , cilantro, and juice of 1 lime.
