3Heat cooking oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground pork and season with salt and black pepper . Cook, breaking up meat into pieces, until browned ⏱️ 4 minutes . If there is excess grease in the pan, carefully pour it out. Push pork to one side of pan; add another drizzle of oil and long green pepper to the empty side.
