2Wash and dry all produce. -
3Pat black cod dry with paper towels; season all over with a drizzle of olive oil, half the blackening spice, salt, and black pepper. -
4Meanwhile, in a medium bowl , combine baby lettuce, mini cucumber(peeled and shaved into ribbons), half the Caesar dressing, a squeeze of lemon(juice), a pinch of salt, and pepper. -
5Heat a large pan over medium heat. Working one at a time, add flour tortillas and cook until warmed and pliable, ⏱️ 30 seconds to ⏱️ 60 seconds per side.
