2Wash and dry all produce. Trim and thinly slice radishes. -
3Heat a drizzle of cooking oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and a pinch of salt; season with black pepper. Cook, breaking up meat into pieces, until beef is almost cooked through ⏱️ 2 minutes . Carefully drain any excess grease from pan. -
4In a small bowl , combine sweet thai chili sauce, mayonnaise, sriracha, hoisin sauce, and gochujang sauce. Stir in sugar until combined. -
5Fluff jasmine rice with a fork. -
6Set out flour tortillas, shredded carrots, rice wine vinegar, scallions, and peanuts for the taco bar assembly.
