    shredded carrots: 1 c, rice wine vinegar: 2 tbsp, sweet thai chili sauce: 2 tbsp, jasmine rice: 1 c, mayonnaise: 2 tbsp, radishes: 4 pieces, flour tortillas: 4 pieces, scallions: 2 pieces, ground beef: 1 lb, sriracha: 1 tbsp, hoisin sauce: 2 tbsp, peanuts: ¼ cup, gochujang sauce: 2 tbsp, sugar: 1 tsp, salt: 1 pinch, cooking oil: 1 tbsp, black pepper: 1 pinch

    Wash and dry all produce. Trim and thinly slice radishes.

    Heat a drizzle of cooking oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and a pinch of salt; season with black pepper. Cook, breaking up meat into pieces, until beef is almost cooked through ⏱️ 2 minutes . Carefully drain any excess grease from pan.

    In a small bowl , combine sweet thai chili sauce, mayonnaise, sriracha, hoisin sauce, and gochujang sauce. Stir in sugar until combined.

    Fluff jasmine rice with a fork.

    Set out flour tortillas, shredded carrots, rice wine vinegar, scallions, and peanuts for the taco bar assembly.
