    ground turkey: 12 oz, sesame dressing: 2 tbsp, mayonnaise: 2 tbsp, brioche buns: 2 pieces, crispy fried onions: ½ cup, mixed greens: 1 c, garlic powder: 1 tsp, gochujang sauce: 2 tbsp, sugar: 2 tsp, cooking oil: 2 tbsp, black pepper: ½ tsp, salt: ½ tsp

    Wash and dry all produce.

    In a medium bowl , combine ground turkey with ½ tsp garlic powder , 2 tsp sugar , ½ tsp salt , and black pepper . Mix until just combined, then shape into 2 patties. Heat cooking oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Cook patties ⏱️ 6 minutes per side until deeply browned and cooked through. Set aside.

    While patties cook, halve and toast brioche buns cut-side down in the pan until golden. Set aside.

    In a small bowl , whisk together mayonnaise , gochujang sauce , and remaining garlic powder to make the aioli. Toss mixed greens with sesame dressing .
