2Halve the ciabatta bread and toast in a toaster or skillet until golden brown ⏱️ 2 minutes .

3Wash and dry all produce.

4Trim and slice the mini cucumber diagonally into 1/4-inch pieces. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Pick and roughly chop the fronds from the dill.

5Spread the cut sides of the toasted ciabatta evenly with guacamole. Top with the sliced cucumber and drizzle generously with red pepper jam. Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese, chopped dill, crispy fried onions, and as many chili flakes as you like.
