Place @refried black beans{1%can} in a #medium bowl{}. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave for ~{1%minute}, then stir. Continue to microwave in ~{1%minute} increments until warmed through.

Toast @sourdough bread{4%slices} until golden brown.

While bread is toasting, wash and dry produce.

Thinly slice @tomato{1%unit} into rounds; season with @salt{1%tsp} and @black pepper{½%tsp}. Core, deseed, and dice half the @long green pepper{1%unit} into ¼-inch pieces.

Place toasted bread slices on a clean work surface. Top with half the beans, then layer with @guacamole{½%cup}, tomato, diced green pepper, @cheddar cheese{½%cup}, and @sour cream{2%tbsp}. Drizzle with as much @hot sauce{2%tsp} as you like.

Divide toasts between plates and serve.
