Wash and dry all produce.

Pat black cod dry with paper towels; season all over with a drizzle of olive oil, half the blackening spice, salt, and black pepper.

Meanwhile, in a #medium bowl{}, combine baby lettuce, mini cucumber(peeled and shaved into ribbons), half the Caesar dressing, a squeeze of lemon(juice), a pinch of salt, and pepper.

Heat a #large pan{} over medium heat. Working one at a time, add flour tortillas and cook until warmed and pliable, ~{30%seconds} to ~{60%seconds} per side. -- TIP: For crispier tortillas, heat a drizzle of oil or butter in pan before adding.
