  - {theme: Flavor, text: Tasty glaze on the salmon, though some found the rest plain. The spicy mayo sauce added a flavorful kick.}
  - {theme: Ease of prep, text: Many praised the simplicity, especially for first-time air fryer users. Some found skinning the salmon challenging.}

In a #small pot{}, combine jasmine rice, water, and salt. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce heat to low. Cook until tender ~{15%minutes}.

While rice cooks, wash and dry all produce.

Pat salmon dry with paper towels. Using a sharp knife, slowly cut between flesh and skin ½ inch at a time, being careful not to cut into flesh, until skin is fully removed; discard skin. Cut salmon into ½-inch chunks.

Coat an #air fryer basket{} with cooking spray. Arrange salmon and broccoli in basket in separate sections. Air-fry at 390 degrees until salmon starts to turn opaque ~{4%minutes}. Remove basket; carefully brush salmon with remaining Sweet Soy Glaze.

In a #small bowl{}, combine mayonnaise, Sriracha, half the honey, and as many Korean chili flakes as you like. Add water 1 tsp at a time until mixture reaches a drizzling consistency.

Fluff rice with a fork. Divide between bowls and top with salmon, asparagus, spicy mayo, sesame seeds, and sliced scallions. Finish with garlic powder, cooking oil, and black pepper to taste.
