    Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Wash and dry all produce.

    In a medium bowl , combine black beans , tex-mex paste , a pinch of salt , and black pepper . Roughly mash beans with a potato masher or fork until about half are mashed.

    Cook ground turkey in a skillet with cooking oil until browned. Add seasoned precooked potato slices and cook until tender.

    Wrap flour tortillas in damp paper towels and microwave until warm and pliable ⏱️ 30 seconds .

    Divide turkey mixture, mashed beans, and mexican cheese blend among tortillas. Roll tightly, place seam sides down in air fryer , and air-fry until golden brown and crispy ⏱️ 6 minutes to ⏱️ 8 minutes .

    Meanwhile, dice tomato into ¼-inch pieces. Quarter lime .
