Preheat #air fryer{} to 350°F. If using a conventional oven, adjust rack to top position and preheat to 350°F.

Trim and thinly slice radishes. Trim scallions, separating whites from greens.

Lightly coat cod with @olive oil{1%tbsp}, @salt{1%pinch}, and @black pepper{1%pinch}. Spray #air fryer{} basket with @cooking spray{1%can}. Crush @wonton strips{1%package} in a #small bowl{} and coat cod pieces. Air fry until crispy ~{10%minutes}.

In a #small bowl{}, whisk together @miso ginger dressing{2%tbsp}, @sour cream{2%tbsp}, and @sweet thai chili sauce{1%tbsp}. Divide grain bowls, top with kale, cod, scallion greens, and drizzle with sauce.
