2In a large bowl , combine ground turkey , panko breadcrumbs , fry seasoning , the reserved half of the glaze, 1%tsp water, ¾%tsp salt, and black pepper to taste. Mix until just combined and shape into two small meatloaves.ground turkey: ½ lb, panko breadcrumbs: ¼ cup, fry seasoning: 1 packet -
3Preheat oven to 425F. Wash and dry all produce. Place meatloaves on one side of a large baking sheet . On the opposite side, toss potatoes with a drizzle of oil, garlic powder , salt, and pepper. 4Roast ⏱️ 20 minutes , brushing meatloaves with the remaining glaze halfway through, until turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165F and potatoes are tender. -
5Let meatloaves rest ⏱️ 5 minutes , then slice crosswise. Serve with roasted potatoes and green beans.
