    Adjust rack to top position and heat broiler to high. Wash and dry all produce.

    Line a baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup. Place flatbreads dimpled side down on the sheet. Rub tops with olive oil , then season with salt and black pepper . Broil until lightly toasted ⏱️ 3 minutes .

    Meanwhile, heat cooking oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and season generously with salt and black pepper . Cook, breaking meat into pieces, until browned and cooked through ⏱️ 6 minutes . If there is excess grease, carefully pour it off or blot with a paper towel.
