Preheat oven to 450°F. Wash and dry all produce.

Toss @zucchini{2%pieces} on a baking sheet with a drizzle of @olive oil{1%tbsp}, 1 tsp @italian seasoning{1%tsp}, a pinch of @salt{¼%tsp}, and a pinch of @black pepper{¼%tsp}. Place @garlic{1%head} (peeled and wrapped in foil) on the same sheet. Roast until zucchini is tender ~{15%minutes}.

Heat a drizzle of @cooking oil{1%tbsp} in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add @button mushrooms{8%oz}; cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and slightly crispy ~{6%minutes}. Season with salt and pepper. Turn off heat; transfer to a paper-towel-lined plate. Wash out pan.

Once zucchini is tender, transfer to a bowl with @grape tomatoes{½%cup}; toss to combine.

While flatbreads toast, melt 1 tbsp @butter{1%tbsp} in the pan used for mushrooms over medium-high heat. Add 1 tbsp @flour{1%tbsp}, ½ tsp @garlic powder{½%tsp}, and remaining @italian seasoning{pinch}. Whisk constantly until lightly browned ~{30%seconds}. Stir in @cream cheese{2%oz} until smooth to make the white sauce.

Once roasted garlic is done, carefully transfer to a cutting board and roughly chop.

Broil @flatbreads{4%pieces} until @mozzarella cheese{½%cup} melts ~{1%minute}. Watch carefully to avoid burning.

Spread the white sauce onto flatbreads. Top with roasted garlic, zucchini mixture, @bacon{3%strips} (cooked and crumbled), chopped @chives{2%stalks}, and @chili flakes{¼%tsp} to taste. Serve immediately.
