    Wash and dry all produce.

    Pat sirloin steak dry with paper towels and season with italian seasoning , salt, and pepper. Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add steak and cook to desired doneness, ⏱️ 3 minutes to ⏱️ 6 minutes per side. Turn off heat; transfer to a cutting board. Wipe out pan.

    Meanwhile, add mixed greens , caesar dressing , croutons , half the parmesan cheese , a squeeze of lemon juice, salt, and pepper to a large bowl ; toss to combine. If you like, crush croutons in the bag with your hands before adding.

    Thinly slice steak against the grain. Drizzle generously with balsamic glaze .

    Steam seasoned precooked potato slices until tender ⏱️ 5 minutes . In the same pan, heat remaining oil and pan-sear potatoes with garlic powder until crispy and golden ⏱️ 3 minutes .
