1Wash and dry all produce. Halve and thinly slice scallions , separating whites from greens. Peel and mince garlic . Zest and quarter lemon . Trim and dice mini cucumber .scallions: 2 pieces, garlic: 2 clove, lemon: 1 unit, mini cucumber: 1 unit -
2Heat a drizzle of cooking oil in a small pot over medium-high heat. Add half the garlic and half the turkish spice blend ; cook, stirring, until fragrant, ⏱️ 2 minutes . Add bulgur wheat , 1%cup water, salt , and black pepper . Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce to a low simmer. Cook until water has absorbed and bulgur is tender, ⏱️ 15 minutes . 3In a small bowl , combine scallion whites, half the scallion greens, half the lemon zest, 1%tbsp olive oil , juice from one lemon wedge, and remaining garlic. Taste and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.olive oil: 2 tbsp -
4Pat barramundi dry with paper towels; season all over with salt and pepper. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add barramundi, skin side down, and cook until skin is crispy, ⏱️ 5 minutes . Flip and cook until cooked through, ⏱️ 3 minutes . Transfer to a paper-towel-lined plate.barramundi: 8 oz -
