Wash and dry all produce.

Halve, peel, and thinly slice half the @red onion{1%unit}. Halve @lime{1%unit}. Drain and rinse @kidney beans{1%cup}. Halve @tomato{1%unit} and cut into wedges. Roughly chop @cilantro{1%unit}.

In a #small bowl{}, combine sliced red onion, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave until slightly softened ~{30%seconds}. Stir to combine and set aside to pickle.

Heat a #large pan{} over medium-high heat. Add @pulled pork{2%cup} and kidney beans. Cook, breaking up meat into pieces, until browned and warmed through ~{3%minutes}. Add @BBQ sauce{¼%cup} and cook, stirring occasionally, until coated ~{2%minutes}.

Meanwhile, wrap @flour tortillas{4%unit} in damp paper towels and microwave until warm and pliable ~{20%seconds}.

Arrange tortillas on a clean work surface. Place pulled pork and beans on bottom two-thirds of each tortilla. Top with tomato, cilantro, and as much pickled onion as you like (draining first). Fold bottom side over filling, then fold left and right sides toward center. Roll up to form wraps.

Halve wraps on a diagonal. Divide between plates and serve.
