Adjust oven racks to top and middle positions. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wash and dry all produce.

Toss @sweet potato{1} on a baking sheet with a drizzle of @cooking oil{1%tbsp}, @garlic powder{1%tsp}, @blackening spice{2%tsp}, @salt{1%pinch}, and @black pepper{1%pinch}. Roast on top rack until browned and tender ~{25%minutes}.

Using kitchen shears, cut along the underside of each @lobster tails{2} shell, leaving meat intact and stopping at the tail. Pull sides of shell apart to expose meat. Do not remove meat from shell.

Roast @lobster tails{2} on middle rack until tender and cooked through ~{10%minutes}. Carefully check that lobster is fully cooked. The shell and meat should be red.

While lobster roasts, pat @icelandic cod{2} dry with paper towels. Season all over with salt and pepper.

Heat a drizzle of cooking oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add @kale{1%bunch} and @garlic{2%cloves}. Season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until kale begins to soften ~{2%minutes}.

While kale cooks, melt @butter{2%tbsp} in a small saucepan over low heat. Whisk in @honey{2%tbsp}, remaining blackening spice, and @worcestershire sauce{1%tsp} until smooth.

Once @lobster tails{2} are cool enough to handle, remove from foil. Apply pressure to tops of shells until they crack. Turn tails over and peel back shell on each side. Remove lobster meat and cut into bite-size pieces.

In a small bowl, combine @dijon mustard{1%tsp}, juice of half the @lemon{1}, and a drizzle of cooking oil for the kale dressing. Toss with kale and season with salt and pepper.

Cook @icelandic cod{2} in the same skillet over medium heat until golden and cooked through ~{4%minutes} per side.

To serve, plate roasted sweet potatoes and kale. Top with cod and lobster pieces. Drizzle with blackened honey butter and @garlic herb butter{2%tbsp}. Garnish with @parsley{2%tbsp}, remaining lemon wedges, and @crispy fried onions{2%tbsp}.
