@israeli couscous{1%cup}
@chicken stock concentrate{1%packet}
@garlic{2%cloves}
@lemon{1%unit}
@cannellini beans{1%can}
@kale{1%bunch}
@italian pork sausage mix{1%package}
@parmesan cheese{1%oz}
@chili flakes{1%tsp}
@cooking oil{1%tbsp}
@butter{1%tbsp}

Wash and dry produce. Bring @israeli couscous{1%cup}, half the @chicken stock concentrate{1%packet}, and ¾ cup water to a boil in a #small pot{}. Once boiling, cover and reduce heat to low. Cook until tender, ~{6-8%minutes}. Keep covered off heat until ready to use. While couscous cooks, drain and rinse @cannellini beans{1%can}. Peel and mince or grate @garlic{2%cloves}. Remove and discard any thick center stems from @kale{1%bunch}. Quarter @lemon{1%unit}.

Remove @italian pork sausage mix{1%package} from casing if necessary and discard casing. Heat a drizzle of @cooking oil{1%tbsp} in a #large pan{} over medium-high heat. Add sausage and cook, breaking up meat into pieces, until browned and cooked through, ~{4-6%minutes}. Add cannellini beans and garlic; cook, stirring, until fragrant, ~{30%seconds}. Stir in kale, remaining chicken stock concentrate, and ¼ cup water. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until kale is wilted, ~{1-2%minutes}.

Reduce heat under pan with sausage-kale mixture to low. Add cooked israeli couscous, 1 TBSP @butter{1%tbsp}, and a squeeze of lemon juice. Cook, stirring, until butter has melted. Add another squeeze of lemon juice to taste. Season with salt and pepper if desired.

Divide sausage and white beans between plates. Sprinkle with @parmesan cheese{1%oz} and as many @chili flakes{1%tsp} as you like. Serve with remaining lemon wedges on the side.
