Bring a #large pot{} of salted water to a boil. Wash and dry all produce.

Once water is boiling, add @cavatappi pasta{8%oz} to pot. Cook, stirring occasionally, until al dente ~{10%minutes}. Reserve ½ cup pasta cooking water, then drain.

Heat a drizzle of @olive oil{1%tbsp} in a #large ovenproof pan{} over medium-high heat. Add @roma tomatoes{2%unit} and a pinch of @salt{1%tsp}. Cook, stirring occasionally, until starting to soften ~{3%minutes}.

Evenly top pasta with @panko breadcrumbs{½%cup} mixture. Tear @burrata{1%unit} into bite-size pieces and arrange on top of pasta. Toss with @pesto{4%tbsp} and @crème fraîche{2%tbsp}. Top with cooked @shrimp{8%oz} and broil until golden and melty ~{2%minutes}.
