Adjust oven rack to top position and preheat oven to 425°F. Heat a #medium pan{} over medium-high heat. Add @bacon{4%strips} and cook, turning occasionally, until crispy ~{6%minutes}. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate. Wipe out pan.

Wash and dry produce. Halve @red grapes{1%cup}. Halve, core, and dice @apple{1%piece} into bite-size pieces. In a #medium bowl{}, combine grapes, apple, and @apricot jam{2%tbsp}. Toss until fruit is coated and set aside until ready to serve.

Place @cream cheese{4%oz} in a #small bowl{} and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave until softened ~{30%seconds}. Whisk in @brown sugar{2%tbsp} until smooth.

In a #wide shallow bowl{}, whisk @eggs{2%pieces}, half the @milk{¼%cup}, half the @cinnamon{1%tsp}, @sugar{1%tbsp}, and a pinch of salt until well combined. Spread one side of each @sourdough bread{4%slices} slice with the cream cheese mixture. Top half the slices with bacon. Close sandwiches with remaining slices, coated sides down.
