1Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wash and dry produce. Dice potatoes into ½-inch pieces and place in a medium pot with enough salted water to cover by 2 inches. 2While potatoes cook, pat pork chops dry with paper towels. Season all over with Brown Sugar Bourbon Seasoning . Heat a drizzle of cooking oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
