2Lightly oil baking sheet with cooking oil and place on top rack. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Wash and dry all produce. -
3Open package of chopped chicken breast and drain off any excess liquid. -
4While chicken cooks, drizzle both sides of each flatbread with olive oil. Carefully place flatbreads, dimpled sides down, on preheated baking sheet . Bake until golden brown and crisp ⏱️ 5 minutes . -
5While flatbreads bake, in a medium bowl , toss lettuce and tomato with half the buttermilk ranch dressing.
